Months of Remaining Inventory of Resale Homes on the Eastside, Jan. 07 to Mar. 08
(Based on pending sales; a lower number = less inventory = less of a buyer’s market.)
If you compare this to the Seattle graphs (previous post) you can see that the trends are quite similar, although the Eastside tends to have 1 to 3 months more inventory than Seattle at any given time.
