“My husband and I first met Irene in December 2001 when we happened to call the Windermere office in Kirkland. She was on “floor duty” meaning it was her turn to help any “walk-in” customers. What an unexpected delight!!!

As a realtor myself in California, I had arranged through my broker’s office to work with a referral agent from the same company. In doing so, we would have received approximately 10% of the commission as a referral fee. After one long afternoon with this referred agent, we knew we would NOT be doing business with him. So much for referral fees! Later that day, we called Windermere about an ad in the newspaper. We reached Irene and began what has turned into a long business relationship as well as a friendship. Over the next few months, we completed our search for and purchase of our home on Lake Washington. This was not an easy task from California and we depended on her for much more than is required in a local transaction.

She represented us through the entire process of counter-offers with determination, skill and intelligence.

Irene was always a pleasure to work with. She was adaptable about meeting us in the evenings and she was accessible by cell phone if anything came up. She returned messages promptly.
